OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Autry Park I, LLC d/b/a Annabelle Brasserie, which are final and binding.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Open only to legal residents of Texas, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Autry Park I, LLC d/b/a Annabelle Brasserie, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
This giveaway begins on October 10th at 8am , and ends on Tuesday, October 15th at 5pm.
All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.
Prize: Dinner for two at Annabelle Brasserie valued at $300, excluding taxes, alcohol, and gratuity. Winner is responsible for tax, alcohol, and gratuity, as well as any additional charges in excess of $300. No cash substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted. The prize is for a one time use and cannot be spread over multiple visits to the restaurant. The prize must be redeemed by December 23, 2024 and may not be used from November 27 to November 30, 2024.
Drawing: The prize will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will take place on October 16, 2024, and the winner will be notified via direct message on October 16, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim the prize, and may be required to provide proof of eligibility (e.g., valid ID showing Texas residency). If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected.
By entering, participants release Autry Park I, LLC d/b/a Annabelle Brasserie, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize or any visit to the restaurant in connection with the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by Autry Park I, LLC d/b/a Annabelle Brasserie and/or its affiliates without further compensation.
Participants understand and acknowledge that this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media outlet.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the winner, the authorized account holder of the social media account used to enter will be deemed the winner.
Autry Park I, LLC d/b/a Annabelle Brasserie, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or any other factors that may affect the entry process or winner selection.
The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
